Company-Paid Life Insurance
RecruitGenie employees are covered by life insurance equal to 2.5x your salary. The company pays the entire premium. Coverage begins on the first day of the month following your employment date.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Because we have a generous vacation program that allows you to take vacation in as little as half-day increments, PTO is for emergencies that crop up after your vacation has been exhausted.
